Earlier this month, we had a portrait session with the gorgeous Tanu. I don’t normally shoot portraits but I’ve been wanting to do more of it and I love the looks we created, They are beautiful timeless and I think we captured Tanu’s essence and spirit perfectly.
The most important job of a photographer, before even creating the first image, before picking up the camera is to create a comfortable space for their client. That’s my main priority. Helping clients to feel prepared helps with 80% of the anxiousness and I will walk you through the entire “getting ready” process. I’m here for you.
In the days leading up to the session, Tanu, my makeup artist/hairstylist Ana and I talked extensively about the looks we wanted to create and what outfits Tanu should bring to convey those looks and moods perfectly. This outfit you see above was a “just in case we have time” outfit and it actually turned out to be our favorite of them all. I’m so glad we squeezed this outfit in and I cannot want wait to share the images. Stay tuned!
