“After seeing a few of my friends boudoir photos I knew I needed to take some photos for myself. After looking into different photographers I grew more and more anxious at the thought of doing a boudoir shoot because I am a little on the curvy side and not a lot of people show off the curvy women. Then one day I was invited into a group on Facebook – Boudoir by Veronica.
I was in love with her work from the moment I joined. I knew she would be the photographer I went with. From our very first conversation I felt comfortable with her. She listened to my concerns and assured me that I had nothing to worry about and even gave amazing suggestions on flattering lingerie that would accentuate my curvy side.
Fast forward to the session day. I was so excited. I had been looking forward to this day for so long and now it was here. I had my hair done right and my outfits packed and was ready for this new experience. The closer I got to her studio nervousness set in. All the typical questions came to mind, will I look awkward posing? Will I look more fat than curvy? But Veronica fixed that real quick.
From the moment she welcomed me into her studio she put all my fears aside. She reassured me that she was would be guiding me throughout my session and I had nothing to worry about. I then made her make up artist Renatta. She was absolutely amazing. I felt so pretty after she applied my makeup- she definitely SLAYED. Veronica and Renatta are definitely a power team. They work so well together.
Now it’s time for the session to start! My makeup is done and my first outfit was on. I was ready!!! Veronica did just as she promised. She guided me throughout my session and had me feeling like a model. After a few clicks, I was truly starting to feel myself. The music playlist was on point too, it really got me into a sexy mood. I was getting more comfortable with the poses and pictures. I knew magic was being made that day!
When it was time for my viewing I was so anxious to see my pictures. I couldn’t believe that it was me! I had a hard time choosing my favorites because I loved them all!!
After the session I gained a new found confidence. I found a new love and appreciation for myself and my body that I didn’t know I had. I share with all of my beautiful, curvy, voluptuous friends that they are all capable of taking amazing boudoir photos and it’s an experience that they should take part in at least once in a lifetime.”
