Confidence doesn’t come from achieving the ‘perfect’ body. It comes from embracing the one you have. 

Make it a practice not nit-pick, obsess, avoid the mirror, to cover yourself up. Life is far too short not to enjoy all that you have been blessed with. You don’t want to look back at all the time you wasted over things that don’t define who you are.

You are fluid and your body moves with the ebb and flow of your life.  You are enough, you are sexy AF, and capable. You came into this life as a blank slate. And when you look back over your life and all you’ve experienced, you’ll be able to honor the scars, the marks and wrinkles. They are the lines in the book your life. A life you truly lived.
